This document establishes a submission contract in gynarchy, defining the terms of a relationship where absolute female domination governs the obligations and behavior of the submissive. Governed by the principles of gynarchy, this agreement grants the Owner total control over the cuckold, framed by strict rules and irrevocable commitments, outside of any conventional legislation such as the Labor Code.
OWNERSHIP CONTRACT
Signed between:
On the one hand, Madame XXX: hereinafter referred to as “the Owner”
On the other hand, First Name Last Name: hereinafter referred to as “the cuckold”
This contract is governed by the provisions established in the universe of gynarchy and detailed below. The Labor Code does not apply to this contract and therefore cannot be invoked as a last resort.
ARTICLE 1:
The cuckold performs their functions under the authority of their Owner. The individual declares that they are not bound to any other employer and are free from any commitment. The individual undertakes to immediately report any change in their situation. The cuckold also accepts that, as soon as this contract is signed, their body and mind become the property of their Owner, who may dispose of them as She sees fit, within the limits defined in this contract.
ARTICLE 2:
With regard to their Owner, the cuckold undertakes to respect the following points:

Maintain a permanently submissive behavior. Always be respectful, humble, and attentive to their Owner, from the moment they are in contact with Her. Always address Her formally (“Vous”) in all circumstances;

The cuckold is not authorized to say the word “no” or the phrase “I cannot” in the presence of their Owner. In general, no form of refusal will be accepted; the only authorized response is: “Yes, Mistress” or “Yes, Madame.”

Serve their Owner as a Goddess, forget their own desires, and think only of those of their Owner, which now constitute the priority of their professional and personal activities;

Unconditionally accept all types of purchases required by the Owner, particularly the purchase of stockings, tights, lingerie, high heels, outfits, and other accessories that the Owner wishes to acquire at the cuckold’s expense;

If the cuckold cannot afford or reimburse the purchases demanded by their Owner, they must present a repayment schedule to ensure that the amounts owed are fully paid. The Owner will be free to apply the interest rate of Her choosing;

To ensure the cuckold’s obedience and loyalty, the Owner is entitled to demand the cuckold’s credit card and PayPal codes, as well as their VTC codes, at any time;

The cuckold must systematically thank their Owner for any expenses incurred at their expense;

The cuckold is not authorized to engage in any sexual relations of any kind. They may occasionally be permitted to masturbate, but only with the express authorization of the Owner and upon payment of a fee;

The Owner also decides when the cuckold must wear their chastity cage and/or anal plug. The cuckold is not authorized to negotiate the duration or timing of this decision. They must demonstrate, whenever required, to their Owner that the device(s) are properly in place.

The Owner is also free to offer the cuckold’s body to whomever She pleases. The cuckold is not authorized to seek to know who will benefit from it. However, they must pay a fee to their Owner to thank Her for granting them a sexual life. The chastity cage must remain worn throughout this sequence.
ARTICLE 3:
As is naturally Her right in gynarchy, the Owner wishes to exercise financial guardianship over her cuckold. This guardianship will take the following form:

At the start of this contract, the cuckold will provide their Owner with a monthly budget with their income and expenses;

Each week, the cuckold must also provide their Owner with a balance of their income and expenses;

To this weekly balance, the cuckold will add a devotion balance, consisting of the number of hours during which they can be exploited without limit and, some money available to their Mistress;

The Owner may decide to collect the amount indicated in the devotion balance or a higher amount, according to Her wishes. The cuckold will not be authorized to contest this;

To verify the accuracy of the balances provided by the cuckold, the Owner will have access to the cuckold’s bank account codes;

If the Owner decides, the cuckold must make a transfer from their accounts to their Owner’s account without discussion, without delay, immediately, and with gratitude.
ARTICLE 4:
Regardless of which party initiates the termination of the contract, it will take effect as soon as it is pronounced. If the cuckold initiates the termination, the Owner is authorized to withdraw the sum of €500 from their bank account without any protest being permitted.
ARTICLE 5:
The cuckold is employed full-time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are not authorized to request leave and must therefore comply with the clauses of this contract at any time of the day or night, whenever their Owner contacts them.
They will obviously receive no salary, no compensation, and no thanks. They must be content with obeying, serving, and complying with their Owner’s orders, without any possibility of resisting Her authority.
The cuckold must always be available for their Owner within one hour. To this end, the cuckold will provide their Owner with their telephone contact details and ensure that their phone is never turned off or out of reach.
